The Team

Kathy Belzer

Operations Manager

While my role at Midwest Utility Consultants has changed over the past 18 years, my primary functions as Operations Manager include electric, natural gas, and solid waste contract negotiations; accounts payable and receivables, payroll,
government reporting, human resources and day-to-day operations. I enjoy working with our clients and always want to do the very best for them. In my time away from work, I enjoy taking trips to Tennessee with my husband and our furbabies, going to antique fairs and running a small home bakery on the side. I love Jesus and choose to serve Him every day.

Patrick Maue

President

As the president and owner of Midwest Utility Consultants, I am involved in the company’s planning for the future, as well as the day-to-day functions. After 30 years, I still enjoy meeting with clients and knowing our team has worked hard to find ways to save them money each month. When I am not in the office, I am blessed to have my wife of 30 years and three adult sons to travel with, exploring new activities, playing billiards and working on projects around our home. My goal while in the office and at home is to honor Jesus and seek Him in all situations.

Shauntel McKibben

Technology Project Coordinator

I am the project coordinator for all telecommunication/ information technology related items. I’ve been with Midwest Utility Consultants for over two years and enjoy working with all of our clients in helping assist in the best way I can. When I am not working, you will find me spending time with my husband, Brad and two girls, Harper and Raegan. Most of my time is spent trying to keep up with the little ones and watching them grow into the little people they are. When I do find downtime, I enjoy gardening and boating at the lake. The most important thing for
me in my life is to raise my girls to be kind and brave and to know and love Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.

Josh Schnacke

Rate Code Specialist & Utility Project Manager

For the past ten years, I have served as the project manager for Midwest Utility Consultants. I have the opportunity to review, analyze and write audits for our clients as well as manage our database of utility rates and internal invoice templates. When I
am not at work, my wife and I are busy with our three kid’s sporting events, church activities, and when the weather is nice, hiking as a family including our dog, Eliza. My daily goal is to have my faith evident in the way that I interact with our clients and my team at Midwest.

Stephanie Scott

Accounts Receivable Specialist

I serve our clients each month as the accounts receivable specialist for Midwest Utility Consultants and have been doing so since 2022. I come to work each day with the hope of shining the love of Jesus to our clients and our team, and to do so with excellence and a positive attitude. My desire is to live my life with integrity and joy. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband of 37 years and our three children and four grandchildren biking and taking walks.
